Elmer showed up with a large open wound on his hind quarters. He has been fixed up and is doing great. He is living in a foster home and gets along with the other dogs there. He has not been exposed to cats, yet. He is a gentle boy that loves people, but can be a bit shy at first. Elmer is a sweetheart and would do very well with a family. Elmer walks well on leash and is house-trained. Elmer is heartworm negative, microchipped, neutered, up to date on shots and ready to go!
